General information about billing and booking appointments:

Payment in full on the day of appointment is preferred for Dandenong
Consultations.

Patients with appointments at any other locations will be invoiced
and amounts due are payable strictly within 14 days.

Payment can only be made at the David Street, Dandenong Rooms office.

Cash, cheque, EFTPOS and credit card facilities are available.

Our fees are revised annually on the first of November every year.

Please ask at our desk for the SECR pamphlet for our current fee structure
which will include information about our services as well as your
Medicare rebate:

Please also note that Pensioners (aged, disability or single parents) will be
billed at the Medicare schedule rate with a minimal out of pocket expense.

When visiting for an appointment, please bring:

- Referral letter from your family doctor or a discharge summary from the hospital.

- X-rays or other tests relevant to the problem for which you were referred.

- Medicare card, pension card, emergency contact details, family doctor’s details.

- Any questions regarding concerns that you may have regarding your complaint.
